Visitors are welcome and they need to register using the form below.

The first step to becoming a member of the business referral group is to visit us as a guest at one of our weekly meetings ( every Tuesday morning, from 8 – 9.30 am ).

Monthly, we have one face-to-face meeting (on the first Tuesday of the month), at Holiday Inn & Suites, 2525 Wyecroft Rd, Oakville ON, L6L 6P8 and the rest are online meetings. A fee of $25 paid at the door, cash, or before the meeting by email transfer to pay@oakville-networking.ca, is needed to attend the face-to-face meeting.

During your visit, you’ll get to participate in our meeting by sharing a bit about yourself (in 45 seconds) and your work, and (most importantly) what a qualified referral looks like for you.

You’ll also get to meet our members and learn about their businesses and customers as they do their 45-second introductions.

Before and after the meeting we have open networking, so come early, stay late, and bring plenty of business cards (this is for when we’ll be back to in-person meetings)!

You’ll also have a chance to speak with our visitor hosts, who will answer any questions and describe the application process should you decide to join.
