Among many outcomes, some of these projects have  become home to family members of the homeowner and others have provided homes for single moms and their children.

Mary’s Ark is a social enterprise which helps homeowners assess their current and future housing and income needs; determines what the zoning and bylaw requirements are for their property(ies); and connects them with trusted builders who can complete their vision of additional housing on time and on budget.
