Creating an attractive space that anticipates the needs of users starts with a thorough understanding of the floor plans and scope of work. A lot of thought gets put into determining the traffic flow and ensuring that the building promotes a safe and habitable working space. With the client we discover the way the business works and how the design should reflect the company’s overall branding image and needs.

Our goal is always to create an impressive space for our clients that is as functional as it is visually appealing.
Reception Area Design
The reception area design can make or break a first impression. It sets the tone for the rest of the experience of the space. This reception desk with a custom light fixture hanging over it catches your eye as you enter. The raw concrete tiles are offset by green wall, and the generous seating is punctuated by undermounted LED lighting.
Onsite Café Design
In the onsite café, attention was focused on the comfort and preferences of the employees. Different types of seating were designed to satisfy the moods and needs of employees. Single counter seating, large bench seating or communal tables. Something for everyone.
When planning a commercial space so many factors come into play, function, branding, traffic flow, client and employee use.
